使用两种生物监测包对高压蒸汽灭菌包监测的观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压蒸汽灭菌两种生物监测包的应用情况,既保证监测的准确性,又减少工作量及提高工作效率。方法试验组采用3M公司生产的一次性生物挑战测试包,对照组采用自制标准生物测试包,观察两组测试包的生物监测结果及工作效率。结果两种生物监测包结果合格率均达100.0%,但试验组工作效率明显高于对照组,且可提高灭菌炉内空间的使用率。结论 3M一次性生物挑战测试包使用方便、快捷,且省时、省力,可提高工作效率及灭菌炉内空间的使用率。OBJECTIVE To observe the application condition of two kinds of biologic monitoring packages in high pressure-steam sterilization to ensure the monitoring veracity as well as to decrease the workload and improve the work efficiency.METHODS The disposable biologic challenge package made by 3M was adopted in testing group and the self-made standard biologic testing package was adopted in control group.The biologic monitoring result and the work efficiency were observed.RESULTS The biologic monitoring results in two groups were all eligible with 100.0%.The work efficiency in testing group was significantly higher than in control group,the utilization rate of space in sterilization oven was improved.CONCLUSION The disposable biologic challenge package made by 3M company is convenient,fast,and time-and labor-saved.The work efficiency and the utilization rate of space in sterilization oven can also be improved.
