摘　　要：目的探讨医院一次性使用医疗用品管理的对策,确保一次性使用医疗用品的安全、规范使用。方法结合医院实际工作经验,剖析一次性使用医疗用品管理中常见的问题,探讨其相应处理对策。结果提高对一次性使用医疗用品的宣传认识、健全一次性使用医疗用品的管理和使用制度,减少了医院感染的发生,防止了一次性使用医疗用品废物的再利用,保证了医疗使用的安全。结论提高预防医院感染意识、健全制度、加强监测是一种有效地管理一次性使用医疗用品的模式。OBJECTIVE To discuss the management of disposable medical devices and their countermeasures,and to ensure their safety.METHODS The common problems were analyzed based on our practices and the countermeasures concerning the management of disposable medical devices were discussed.RESULTS The understanding about the management system of the disposable medical devices was improved,the incidence of nosocomial infection has been reduced and their reuse disposable was prevented.The safety of using medical devices was ensured.CONCLUSION To improve the consciousness about prevention of nosocomial infection,perfecting and improveing the system and strengthening the monitoring are effective patterns for the management of disposable medical devices.
