摘　　要：目的探讨护士长在预防医院感染中的作用。方法根据医院感染管理质量评估标准,护士长对病区感染监测、消毒隔离、医疗废弃物管理、职业暴露防护、医务人员洗手、抗菌药物管理的合理使用、无菌操作等进行严格监控检查。结果全面加强医院感染管理、强化医务人员的医院感染防控意识,对造成医源性感染的主要环节加强控制,才能有效地控制医院感染。结论护士长严格的管理,在控制医院感染中起着至关重要的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the role of quality control management of head nurse in the prevention of nosocomial infection.METHODS According to the quality assessment criteria of nosocomial infection management in hospital,the strict managing and monitoring measures were adopted by the head nurses in ward infection surveillance,disinfection and isolation,medical waste management,occupational exposure protection,hand washing of health care workers,rational use of antibiotics,and aseptic technique.RESULTS Nosocomial infection could not be effectively controlled without overall improvement of the management of nosocomial infection,strengthening the staff′s awareness of infection prevention and quality control measures on the key preventive steps.CONCLUSION Strict quality control management of head nurse plays an important role in the prevention of nosocomial infection.
