具有中医特色的舒适护理在肝硬化患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨对肝硬化患者行中医特色舒适护理的效果。方法针对肝硬化患者的特点，对其进行生理、心理、社会等全方位中医特色舒适护理，从躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活等方面，对患者进行生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）调查，并与进行常规护理模式的患者进行评定对比；同时，在患者出院时采用自制的满意度调查表对两组患者进行评定和比较。结果实施中医特色舒适护理的肝硬化患者，在躯体功能、心理功能2个维度上以及对护理工作的满意度上，比对照组有显著提高，差异有统计学意义（分别为t=2．42，P〈0．05；t=1．75，P〈0．05；Х^2=4．32，P〈0．05）。结论中医特色舒适护理能够满足肝硬化患者的需求，提高肝硬化患者的生活质量，使其身心处于最佳状态，从而提高了患者对临床护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the Chinese patients with liver cirrhosis the effect of comfort care. Methods For the characteristics of patients with cirrhosis, their physiological, psychological, social, and spiritual characteristics of all-round comfort care medicine, from the physical function, psychological function, social function and material aspects of life, on the general quality of life in patients Questionnaire （ GQOLI-74）, and with routine care were assessed model comparison ; the same time, when the patient was discharged with self-satisfaction questionnaires were used for evaluation and comparison. Results The implementation of the Chinese characteristics of comfort care in patients with cirrhosis, in physical function, psychological function and the two dimensions of nursing work satisfaction, compared with the control group significantly increased compared, the difference has statistical meaning （t =2. 42 ,P 〈0. 05 ;t = 1.75 ,P 〈0.05 ;Х^2 =4.32 ,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions Chinese characteristics, comfort care to meet the needs of patients with cirrhosis and improve the quality of life in patients with cirrhosis, it is in the best physical and mental state, thus enhancing the clinical care of patient＇ s satisfaction.
