摘  要:全尾矿充填由于可以减轻尾矿外排带来的环境污染和尾矿库安全隐患而成为未来尾矿充填的发展趋势。然而对于含硫全尾矿,由于充填体膨胀会降低充填体后期强度,甚至造成充填体崩解,因此实现全尾矿充填存在许多技术和工程难题。根据新桥硫铁矿选硫全尾矿残留硫含量高、粒度细、粘性大等特点,通过室内试验确定了料浆最优配比,即水泥∶粉煤灰∶全尾砂=1∶2∶6,质量浓度=70%,从含硫全尾矿胶结过程分析,揭示了添加粉煤灰能够抑制充填体因体积膨胀而破坏的原理,提出了解决粘性全尾矿输送难题的技术措施,为高粘性尾矿充填技术的研究提供了可靠理论依据和实践经验。Unclassified tailings backfilling has been becoming the trend of backfilling technology for reducing environmental pollution from exclusive tailings and lowering security degree of tailings dam.However,there are lots of engineering and technical difficulties in accomplishment of this process for high sulfur-content which will reduce the post-backfilling strength,and even cause the collapse of backfilling body with the expansion of backfilling materials.The laboratory experiments were carried out to study the backfilling performance with the unclassified tailings with the characteristics of high sulfur-content,fine particle size and high viscosity from Xinqiao Pyrite Mine.The results show that: The best mass ratio of cement to fly ash to unclassified tailings is 1∶2∶6 with 70% of mass fraction.And,the addition of fly ash could restrain the backfilling materials damage caused by volume expansion from the cementation process analysis.Then,the solutions for conveying difficulties of high viscosity unclassified tailing backfilling are proposed to provide a reliable theoretical basis and practical experience for the similar backfilling.
