摘　　要：采矿方法选择是一个涉及多因素、多目标、多指标的复杂决策问题。目前,应用模糊综合评判选择采矿方法使用的均是常权法。提出使用变权法进行采矿方法选择。在确定基础权向量时,则使用了层次分析法。最后举例说明了变权法在实际工程采矿方法优选中的具体应用。The selection of Mining method is a complex decision-making issue which related to multi-factor,multi-objective,and multi-index.At present,the mining method selection with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation always adopts the fixed weighting method.In the paper,the variable weighting method was proposed to choose mining method.In addition,the AHP was adopted to determine the basic weighting vectors.Lastly,an example was given to illustrate the application of variable weight method in selecting mining methods in practice engineering.
