摘 要:金川镍矿是世界特大型矿床之一,其二矿区的采矿方法是下向分层胶结充填采矿方法。为继续提升矿山的生产能力和技术水平,将原单穿脉分层道回采设计方案改进为现行的双穿脉分层道回采设计方案;分析了双穿脉分层道技术的应用特点,并较详细地介绍了该技术的工艺过程及注意事项;将双穿脉分层道布置与单穿脉分层道在产量、生产系统、回采率及综合效果等方面上进行了比较。实践证明,双穿脉分层道技术能为金川二矿的机采盘区稳产高产找到新的途径。Jinchuan Nickel Mine is one of the largest deposits in the world.Jinchuan No.2 Mine District adopted the downward slicing cemented filling method as mining method.To improve the production capacity and technical level,the original single slicing drift across vein mining design scheme was modified to the existing double slicing drift across veins mining method.Then the application characteristic of slicing drift across double vein technology was analyzed,and the process as well as matters needing to be attention was introduced briefly.The double slicing drift across veins mining technique are compared with that of the single in such facets as outputs,production systems,recovery rate as well as comprehensive effect.The practice showed that double slicing drift across vein technology offer a new means for the stable and high outcome of the mechanical panel in Jinchuan No.2 mine district.
