摘 要:四川某含锡磁铁矿,原矿含锡0.39%,铁23.20%。采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别、弱磁选—摇床重选—锡硫分离浮选联合流程得到较好的试验指标。在实验室小型试验的基础上,进行了全流程扩大试验,可得到铁品位64.47%和回收率75.09%的铁精矿、锡品位31.07%和回收率62.94%的锡精矿及硫品位40.86%和回收率为32.03%的硫精矿。A stage-grinding and stage-beneficiation,and low intensity magnetic-shaking table separation technique was used to treat a tin-magnetite ore of containing 0.39% Sn and 23.20% Fe respectively from Sichuan province,with a relatively good separation results achieved.Based on the small-scale tests in laboratory,a full industrial test was performed on the ore.Then,an iron concentrate assaying 64.47% Fe with a 75.09% of recovery,a tin concentrate assaying 31.07% Sn with a 62.94% of recovery and a sulfur concentrate assaying 40.86% S with a 32.03% of recovery were achieved,respectively.
