淮北煤系高岭土工艺矿物学研究

摘　　要：采用化学分析、偏光显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等一系列测试手段,对淮北煤系高岭土的特征进行了研究。研究结果表明,淮北煤系高岭土A l2O3含量高,主要组成矿物是高岭石。其单体颗粒2μm,结晶度较高;菱铁矿是影响煅烧白度和综合利用的关键,开发利用该矿石,必须进行选矿除去菱铁矿。The characteristic of Huaibei coal series kaolin was studied by chemical analysis,polarizing microscope,X-ray diffraction（XRD）,scanning electron microscope（SEM） and other testing methods.The result indicated that coal series kaolin had a high concentration of Al2O3.And its main composition is kaolinite with single grain of about 2 μm and high degree of crystallinity.The gangue mineral of siderite greatly affected the calcined whiteness and comprehensive utilization of coal series kaolin.For making use of this ore,siderite must be removed by mineral processing.
