河池硫铁矿脱硫特性及综合利用工艺研究

摘  要:以脱硫率和铁精矿的成分要求为指标及云浮硫精矿为比较基准,用对比法在管式炉中对广西河池地区几种硫铁矿的脱硫特性和配矿进行了研究。结果表明,硫铁矿的粒度是影响脱硫率的决定因素。各种矿应设法提高硫含量才能单一使用,作配矿使用时,配比可根据烧渣成分要求用M atlab计算。云浮硫精矿与泰安矿配矿使用时,根据对比法分析,在工业沸腾炉中使用时,烧渣能达到铁精矿的标准。The desulfurization characteristics and ore matching of several kinds of pyrite from Hechi,Guangxi were studied in tube furnace with the desulfurization efficiency and the component of iron ore concentrate as indexes compared with the Yunfu pyrite.The results showed that the particle size of pyrite was the decisive factor for the desulfurization efficiency.All kinds of pyrite should try to increase the sulfur content in order to be used independently.The proportion could be calculated by Matlab based on the composition of matching pyrite smelting slag.According to comparative analysis,the matching pyrite was used in industrial fluidized bed combustion boiler,and its cinder could come up to the standards of iron ore concentrate when Yunfu and Taian pyrite were matched.
