摘　　要：提取鸡胚成纤维细胞膜蛋白,利用病毒铺覆蛋白印迹技术(VOPBA)鉴定禽流感病毒在鸡胚成纤维细胞膜上的受体。结果显示,所提取的细胞膜蛋白中含有8条疑似病毒受体条带。本实验初步鉴定了禽流感病毒在鸡胚成纤维细胞上的受体蛋白,为揭示流感病毒感染鸡的机制提供了初步证据。The chicken embryo fibroblast （CEF） membrane protein was extracted by extraction reagent kit, followed by western-blot and virus overlay protein blot assay （VOPBA）, to identify the receptors ofavain influenza A virus （AIV）. The results showed that the CEF membrane proteins contain 8 doubtful A1V receptors. In this context, we initially identified the receptor proteins of AIV on CEF cells, providing some evidence for revealing the molecule mechanism of influenza virus infecting chicken.
