银屑病患者大面积撕脱伤不愈创面的处理

摘　　要：介绍了1例银屑病合并大面积撕脱伤手术治疗后不愈创面的处理方法及效果。持续评估创面,根据创面情况,给予涡流式冲洗、清创、应用银离子泡沫敷料控制感染、促进肉芽组织及上皮组织生长等针对性措施,并利用润肤露、自制棉质绑带保护瘢痕组织。36d后创面愈合。This paper summerizes the treatment and effect of a psoriasis patient with unhealed wounds after a large skin avulsion injury.Continuous assessment of the wound,Whirlpool washing,debridement,silver foam dressing were applied to control infection and promote granulation tissue and epithelial tissue growth.Lotion and cotton bandage were used to protect scar tissues.The wounds healed after 36 days.
