摘　　要：目的建立外标法测定乙烷硒啉含量的方法。方法采用NUCLEODUR C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（0.01%H3PO4）=40∶60,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长320nm,柱温：25℃,外标法测定乙烷硒啉原料药的含量。结果乙烷硒啉线性范围为10.0-500.0μg.mL-1,r=0.9999。乙烷硒啉样品溶液在24h内稳定,精密度良好,平均回收率为98.64%,RSD=0.40%（n=9）。结论建立的方法准确、简便、易行,可用于质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ethaselen.METHODS A NUCLEODUR C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（0.01% phosphoric acid）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and UV detector wavelength was at 320 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.0-500.0 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.64% and RSD of 0.40%（n=9）.CONCLUSION This method was accurate,simple and suitable for the determination of ethaselen.
