吻合器痔上黏膜环切术加外痔切除术治疗混合痔112例临床分析

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器痔±：黏膜环切术（PPH）加外痔切除术在治疗混合痔中的价值，采用国产吻合器对112例混合痔行痔上黏膜环切加外痔切除术，分析手术效果和并发症。结果屁示，112例均一次吻合成功，手术时间平均25min，术后平均住院时间5d，患者全部止血，痔核回缩完全，排便正常。结果表明，PPH加外痔切除术安全有效．术后痛苦小，并发症少，扩大了PPH适应症，提高患者的满意度。The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical value of PPH plus resecting external hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. The 112 cases received this procedure by using home made stapler,then their operative outcome and complication were analysed. As results,the 112 cases were all anastomed primarily and successfully , average operation time was 25 min,average hospital stay duration was 5 days;all the patients obtained outcomes as complete hemostasia and return contraction, and normal defecation. These indicate that above procedure is safe, effective, of less pain and complication, helps to enlarge indication of PPH and enhance the satisfactory extents of patients.
