外切内注保留齿状线术治疗混合痔68例临床观察

摘　　要：为观察外切内注保留齿状线术治疗混合痔的效果，将136例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例，治疗组采用外切内注保留齿状线术，对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术。观察指标为肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门溢液、平均愈合时间、复发率、治愈率等。结果两组各项观察指标均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，外切内注保留齿状线术符合混合痔治疗原则，疗效确切、并发症少，值得推广应用。The objective of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of external resection internal injection and saving dental line procedure for mixed hemorrhoids. The 136 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （ n =68） and controlled group （ n =68）. Treatment group received above-mentioned pro- cedure, while controlled group, routine external dissection internal ligation. Then, anal pain, edema of anal margin,polyrrhea from anus,average healing time, recurrence rate and curative rate,and so on were ob- served and compared each other between both groups; as results, these indexes had all significant differ- ences（ P d0.05）. It is clear that above-mentioned improved procedure accords with the principles for treating mixed hemorrhoids, has certain therapeutic effect and less complication, thus is worth to be popularized for use.
