摘　　要：为观察环状嵌顿痔急性期采用肛肠综合治疗仪治疗的临床疗效，对173例急性环状嵌顿痔采用肛肠综合治疗仪手术治疗。结果全部治愈，无严重并发症。结果表明，环状嵌顿痔急性期积极的手术治疗是可行的。采用肛肠综合治疗仪治疗急性环状嵌顿痔具有疗效确切、创口愈合快、并发症少等优点。The objective of this study was to observe the curative effect of anorectal combined therapeutic apparatus for acute circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoids of 173 cases. Treatment outcome was cured in the patients, no severe complication. These indicate that active surgical therapy for the hemorrhoid disease is feasible, and the apparatus has certain curative efficacy, faster outcome in wound healing, and less complication, etc advantages.
