摘　　要：在回顾美国数字内容产品知识产权保护现状的基础上,对美国数字内容产品知识产权的三种保护模式,即财产权保护模式、契约合同保护模式和商业秘密保护模式的基本原理和具体案例进行深入剖析,并对比三种模式之间的不同。Based on a review of the current situation of digital content products＇ intellectual property protection in USA, this paper studies the principles and cases of three kinds of digital content products ＇ intellectual property protection modes, which are property rights protection mode, lease contracts protection mode and commercial secrets protection mode. Based on these, the paper also makes a comparison among the three modes of intellectual property protection.
