摘　　要：在开放体系的数字环境现实基础上构建一个信息服务政策保障逻辑分析框架,并从政策的内容、进程、机制、效果、关联5个方面对基于现有相关信息政策如何构建信息服务政策保障体系进行分析,为在新的开放数字环境下进一步完善我国信息服务领域的政策保障提供理论帮助。The author proposes a policy guarantee logical formwork about information services in the openning digital environment, finally, gives an analysis of policy guarantee architecture under the policy guarantee logical formwork which includes content, process, organization, effects ＆ context, in order to improve the domestic information services＇ logical formwork.
