摘　　要：自我国政府1997年10月27日签署《经济、社会及文化权利国际公约》以来,图书馆界对读者权利的研究越来越多,论文在对业界读者权利主张进行归纳分类和系统梳理的基础上,从法定权利和应然权利的角度对读者权利主张进行法理意义上的分析。Since on Oct.27,1997 the Chinese government signed International Covenant on Economic,Social and Cultural Rights the library circles have researched the reader rights more and more,this paper analyzes the proposition about library reader rights from the legal meaning and the perspective of legal and natural rights on the basis of classification of proposition about library reader rights and systematic organization.
