摘　　要：网络环境下高校图书馆馆藏建设的关键是提高文献质量。就高校图书馆而言,要妥善处理现实馆藏与虚拟馆藏等方面的关系,在文献无序生产的情况下建立相对有序的文献收藏秩序,对不同类型的文献实施不同的馆藏资源配置原则。就社会而言,应采取建立文献生产的宏观调控机制、改变文献生产质量不高的被动局面等应对措施。The key of construction of information resource collection is to improve the quality of documents in university libraries under network environment.To the libraries ： they should properly deal with the relation between realistic resource and virtual one,constitute relatively the collecting order of resources while the disordered occures,and put different collecting principles in use for different types of resources.as far as the society goes,the countermeasures such as macro adjusting-system in documentary collection,changing ways of the passive status of moderate collection should be introduced.
