英美图书馆立法动因探析

摘　　要：在对英美图书馆法进行调研的基础上,总结其立法成就。而后从图书馆事业发展的客观需求、公众图书馆意识的支撑作用、国际组织的引导作用和本国图书馆组织机构的推动作用等角度探析英美两国图书馆法的立法动因。Based on the detailed investigation,the achievements of library laws of USA and UK were summarized.Then,some explorations were taken,from the angles of the objective need,the support of public,the leading role of international organizations and the endeavor of local library organizations and agencies etc,to analyze the impetus of library legislation in USA and UK.
