益气温阳膏治疗面瘫的安全性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气温阳膏治疗面瘫的安全性。方法:用益气温阳膏对家兔进行局部皮肤的急性毒性实验和多次给药的刺激性实验以及对豚鼠进行局部皮肤的过敏实验。结果:药物浓度为10%和30%的益气温阳膏外用对完整及破损皮肤的家兔行为、活动、饮食、皮毛光泽和体质量均无任何影响,在观察的7 d内无死亡,多次外用也未引起明显的红斑和水肿反应,未出现色素沉着、出血点、皮肤粗糙或皮肤菲薄等现象,刺激指数均小于0.5;对豚鼠局部皮肤也未引起红斑和水肿等过敏反应,致敏发生率小于10%。结论:益气温阳膏外用未引起家兔急性毒性反应和刺激性反应,也未引起豚鼠的局部皮肤过敏反应。Objective：To observe animal safety of Yiqiwenyang Paste and to afford clinical basis.Method To use this drug on rabbit for acute toxic trial and stimulating trial of many times on local skin,also on cavy,s local skin for allergetic trial on.Result Viscosity of drug is 10% and 30% for Yiqiwenyang paste had no effect on total and disrepair skin for rabbit＇s activity,diet,brilliant shine of skin and weight,no rabbit dead during seven experiment days,and no significant erythema and edema after stimulating many times.There were no pigmentation,blutpunkte,pachycosis or thin skin,the stimulating index was lower than 0.5;there were also no erythema,edema for cavy,allergetic ratio was lower than 10%.Conclusion：Yiqiwenyang paste had no acute toxic reaction and stimulating reaction on rabbit,it also caused no allergetic reaction on skin for cavy.It is effective and safe for clinic use.
