苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度和肉皮祖细胞的影响

摘  要:目的研究苯磺酸左旋氧氯地平对高血压患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)及内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的影响。方法选取30例确诊的高血压患者,均予左旋氨氯地平(2.5~5.0)mg/d口服治疗,随防8个月。采用高分辨率超声技术检测降压治疗前后的颈动脉IMT,并观察EPCs的数量和功能变化。结果30例患者均完成8个月随防,采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗降压疗效明显,收缩压、舒张压均达标,颈动脉IMT明显降低,从治疗前的(1.07±0.06)mm降低到治疗后的(0.85±0.05)mm(P〈0.05),EPCs的数量和功能较治疗前明显改善(P〈0.05).结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平降压疗效显著,能延缓颈动脉IMT增加,可改善EPCs的数量和功能,长期服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。Objective To investigate the changes of carotid artery intimaf medial thickness(IMT) and endothelial progenitor cells in patients with essential hypertension (EH)treated by levoamlodipine. Methods Thirty EH patients were treated with levoamlodipine (2.5 - 5.0mg per day) and followed up for 8 months. The carotid arterial IMT and the number and activity of endothelial progenitor cells were measured before and after treatment. Results After the treatment with the levoamlodipine the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients reduced, the carotid arterial IMT decreased from( 1.07 ± 0.06 )mm to( 0.85 ± 0.05 )mm (P〈0.05): and the number and activity of endothelial progenitor cells improved significantly( P〈0.05 ).Conclusion The results suggest that bng term administration of levoamlodipine may have antiatherogenic effect in patients with essential hypertension.
