摘　　要：在我国启动加入WTO《政府采购协议》谈判的背景下,从我国目前产业竞争力的实际出发,通过建立产业国际竞争力评价模型,用2003-2008年的出口数据分析我国与政府采购市场密切相关的产业的国际竞争力情况,并与其他国家相关产业的竞争力进行对比,从而揭示加入GPA后政府采购市场开放对我国产业安全的影响。Taking China＇ s joining WTO＇ s ＂Government Procurement Agreement＂ as background, focusing on our current practical industrial competitiveness, through setting up the evaluation model of the international industrial competitiveness, combining the export figure from 2003 to 2008, this paper analyzes China＇ s international industrial competitiveness situation closely related with the government procurement market, compares it with those of other countries and reveals therefore the influence of the government procurement market＇ s opening to our industry safety with China＇ s joining GPA.
