摘 要:分别利用芯吸效应原理、芯吸和差动毛细效应相结合的原理,将柔丝纤维及其他功能纤维原料相互交织,设计出4种导湿快干功能针织物,研究了其导湿性、快干性、保水性,结果显示:织物外层部分为亲水性柔丝纤维、部分为疏水性纤维的织物与外层全为亲水性柔丝纤维的织物相比,前者的导湿快干功能优于后者。Four kinds of knitted fabrics with wet permeability and quick-drying functions were designed respectively by the use of the modal of the wicking property and the modal of the wicking property with the differential capillary affect. The fabrics were interwoven by the rice-protein modified fiber and other functional fiber materials. Wet permeability, quick-drying and water-retaining properties of these kinds of fabrics were researched. The results showed that these kinds of fabrics with skin layer made of hydrophilic rice-protein modified fiber and hydrophobie fiber were better than the fabrics with skin layer made of hydrophilie riceprotein modified fiber.
