摘 要:为研究高海拔直流条件下大吨位瓷绝缘子串的双串并联污闪特性,在高海拔条件下,对XZP1-300直流瓷绝缘子在不同污秽条件及不同串间间距下进行了单串及双串并联人工污秽试验。并通过高速摄影仪拍摄的电弧发展过程的录像,揭示了高海拔条件下盐密和串间距等因素对大吨位瓷绝缘子直流污闪过程的影响。试验发现,高海拔条件下直流污闪存在较严重的片间桥络和飘弧现象,双串并联时电弧发展的独立性及飘弧的程度呈现出一定的规律性,在串间距一定的条件下电弧仅沿一串发展,双串并联并不会造成闪络电压的明显降低,研究结果可为实际工程外绝缘设计提供参考。Artificial contamination tests of DC porcelain insulator,XZP1-300 were carried out for different forms of strings at high altitude area,Kunming China.The insulator studied were single string,parallel double-strings and different distances between adjacent strings.According to video recording of the flashover process,how the factors(distance between adjacent strings and equivalent salt deposit density(ρESDD),etc.) influenced the development of the electric arc was studied.It was found that: the relationship between flashover voltage of insulator(string) and ρESDD was a negative power function in the condition of non-soluble deposit density(ρNSDD) remained constant;the independence of arc developing and degree of arc deviating had some regular pattern because of diffusion of thermal ionization gas.These results would be useful in analysis on flashover characteristics of insulator strings in large-scale domain,and can also be treated as basis for outdoor insulator selection of transmission lines.
