摘  要:极化去极化电流试验是一种有效的变压器油纸绝缘老化状态评估手段,但目前应用该方法的商业化产品类型较少,价格昂贵,应用灵活性较差。为了研究油纸绝缘老化对极化去极化电流特性的影响,通过LabVIEW编程和GPIB卡控制Keithley 6517A静电计,研制了1台极化去极化电流测试仪。并介绍了此仪器的测量原理、硬件结构和软件设计,采用本仪器对油纸绝缘试品开展了试验,同时与商业化仪器的技术性能进行了比较。结果表明,此仪器运行正常,使用灵活、方便,对油纸绝缘的老化状况反映灵敏,达到了商业化仪器的测试性能,可应用于极化去极化电流试验。The polarization and depolarization current(PDC) test is effective to estimate the aging condition of transformer oil-paper insulation.However,the commercial product based on PDC technique is seldom developed currently,and the only product is very expensive and less flexible in application.To investigate the impact of aging condition of oil-paper insulation on its polarization and depolarization current,the PDC test instrument is developed with a computer,a GPIB card and a Keithley 6517 A high resistance electrometer.The required software is built under LabVIEW environment to control this hardware system.The measurement principle,hardware structure and software designing of the instrument are introduced.The PDC is tested on the oil-paper insulation sample by a developed instrument,and the performance between the instrument and a commercial PDC analyzer is comparatively investigated.The results show that the developed instrument operates normally and easily which is sensitive to the aging condition of oil-paper insulation and satisfying enough for PDC tests.
