摘  要:绝缘子自然积污特性研究对架空输电线路的外绝缘配置具有重要意义。在一条架空输电线路上安装不同伞形、材质的绝缘子串,测量绝缘子的等值附盐密度(ESDD)和附灰密度(NSDD),分析比较绝缘子自然积污受各种因素的影响程度。研究表明:降雨、风速对绝缘子表面积污有很大影响;绝缘子带电积污量远大于不带电积污量;外伞形绝缘子自洁性能较好,钟罩形次之,深棱形最差;结构高度高的绝缘子,自然积污相对较低;相同条件下,瓷质绝缘子自然积污比玻璃绝缘子低;附灰密度与等值附盐密度具有普遍的正相关趋势。The natural contamination of insulator is very important for the external insulation determination of overhead transmission line.Different types(shed and material) of insulator are installed on different towers of the same overhead transmission line.The equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) and non-soluble deposit density(NSDD) of insulators are measured,and the influential factors of natural contamination are analyzed by comparing the ESDD and NSDD data.The results indicate that: rainfall,wind speed and shed have great influences on the natural contamination on the insulator surface.The contamination of the charged insulators is much higher than those not charged insulators.The outer-rib profile shed type insulators' self-cleaning properties is better,followed by the bell-shaped,and the deep under-rib sheds type insulator is the worst.The higher the structure height is,the lower the natural contamination will be.Under the same conditions,the porcelain insulators' natural contamination is lower than the glass insulators.NSDD and ESDD generally appear positive correlation.
