摘 要:针对由变频电源驱动的感应电机,分析了电网负序电压分量对感应电机定子电流的影响,发现电网负序电压分量不会在定子电流中产生负序电流。因此,对变频电源驱动的感应电机定子故障进行诊断,不再需要对电网负序电压对定子电流的影响进行补偿。基于对逆变器直流侧电流的分析,提出了一种基于逆变器直流侧电流的定子故障诊断方法和一种评估定子故障严重程度的故障严重因子,这种故障严重因子完全独立于电源与负载,同时在物理意义上还具"阻抗"的概念。采用在电机两相之间接短路电阻的方法,模拟定子线圈非金属性短路故障进行实验。实验结果表明:该方法不需要对电网负序电压的影响进行补偿,而且只需要采集一路电流信号,其算法也相对简单,是一种简单有效的方法。The influence of the electrical network negative sequence voltage component on the stator current in induction motors fed with variable frequency power is analyzed,and it is found that the electrical network negative sequence voltage component will not produce the negative sequence current in the stator current.Therefore,stator faults diagnosis for the induction motors fed with variable frequency power does not require the compensation to the influence of the electrical network negative sequence voltage component.Based on the analysis of the DC-side current of DC-AC converters,a novel method for stator faults diagnosis and a new definition of stator faults serious factor are proposed.The stator faults serious factor is completely independent in the power supply and the load,simultaneously has the concept of impedance in the physics significance.The short circuit resistance between two phases of the experimental induction motor was connected to simulate the stator nonmetallic short circuit faults.The experimental results show that this method needs not to carry on the compensation to the influence of the electrical network negative sequence voltage component but to acquire one group DC-side current signal.This method is a simple and effective method for stator faults diagnosis for induction motors fed with variable frequency power.
