摘　　要：为降低细纱断头率,从纺纱原理出发分析了细纱断头问题的实质,阐述了降低细纱断头率的基本途径和技术管理措施。指出:降低细纱断头主要应从降低纺纱张力最大值、减小张力波动和提高棉纱强力最小值、减小强力波动两方面采用措施。降低细纱断头是一项涉及面广、复杂、细致而全面的系统工程,与企业的设备、工艺、操作、原料及温湿度等各项基础管理工作及提高质量的各项技术措施都有着密切的关系。应统筹兼顾、精益求精地做好各项技术与管理工作,才能收到良好的效果。To reduce spinning yarn broken ends, real reason of broken ends were analyzed from spinning principle, basic methods and technology management measures of reducing broken ends were introduced. It is pointed out that spinning tension maximum value and tension fluctuation should be reduced,cotton yarn strength minimum value should be increased and strength fluctuation should be reduced. It is a system project to reduce yarn broken ends. Each basic management of equipment,processing,operation,raw material and temperature ＆ humidity et al and improving quality each technology measures are related closely with yarn broken ends. Better effect could be realized when each technology and management were done well.
