摘  要:探讨旋流纺纱机纤维输送机构与纤维集聚机构的配合关系。确定了旋流纺纱机纤维输送机构与纤维集聚机构配合关系中的两个角度参数,并采用单因素试验方法研究了它们对成纱质量的影响。结果表明:纤维输送机构上沿面越接近纤维集聚机构V形槽底线的切线越有利于成纱各项指标的提高;当纤维输送机构中线处纵切面略偏向纤维集聚机构V形槽的角平分线外侧时成纱质量较好。Matching between fiber transport device and fiber nesting device in turbo spinning frame was discussed. Two angle parameters in the matching devices were determined. Effect of two angle paramaters on yarn quality was studied by single factor test method. The result shows that yarn quality indexes are better when fiber transport device up edge is closed to tangent of fiber nesting device V type groove. Yarn quality are better too when midline longitudinal section is closed to angle bisector lateral of fiber nesting device V type groove.
