摘　　要：为纺制长绒棉羊绒混纺紧密针织纱,应用毛纺设备与棉纺设备相结合的半精纺技术,通过羊绒原料预处理,长绒棉加工中采用复精梳工艺,混和原料加工中正确配置和毛工艺使其充分混和,采用复梳棉工艺,优选梳棉针布及正确配置各工序工艺参数,结果成功地纺制出精梳长绒棉/山羊绒90/10 4.9 tex混纺紧密针织纱,满足了高档羊绒混纺针织纱的质量要求。To spin long-staple cotton cashmere blended compact knitting yarn,wool spinning equipment and cotton spinning equipment were combined. Cashmere was pretreated,long-staple cotton was combed twice,wool blending processing was set correctly to ensure blending even. Card clothing and parameter in each process were optimized. Finally combed long-staple cotton/cashmere 90/10 4.9 rex blended compact knitting yarn could be spun successfully,demands of higher quality cashmere blended knitting yarn could be reached.
