锡林刺辊速比对生条棉结的影响

摘　　要：探讨锡林刺辊速度与速比对生条棉结的影响。为有效降低纯棉特细号纱的棉结,对FA201B型梳棉机的锡林速度、刺辊速度及锡林刺辊速比进行调整,在同配棉、同品种的条件下,通过多次对比试验,认为:当锡林转速为360 r/min、刺辊转速为869 r/min,锡林与刺辊的速比为2.14时,生条的棉结最少,生条的综合质量最佳。Effect of cylinder licker-in speed ratio on neps in card sliver was discussed. To reduce neps in pure cotton superfine yarn, cylinder speed, licker-in speed and cylinder licker-in speed ratio were adjusted. In condition of same cotton assorting and same product,through tests and contrasts,it is considered when cylinder speed is 360 r/min,lickerin speed is 869 r/rain, cylinder licker-in speed ratio is 2.14, neps in card sliver is the least, card sliver comprehensive quality is the best.
