摘  要:探讨混配棉对开清棉除尘系统的影响。介绍了混配棉方法与开清棉除尘系统的联系,针对混配棉对开清棉除尘系统的影响及控制,分别介绍了负压运行方式和正压运行方式下除尘设备的配置。认为:通过实践混配棉中的粉尘杂质及短绒含量与除尘净化效率和净化能力呈正相关,在混配棉过程中采取处理能力与含杂相结合的原则,能够消除影响提高质量。Effect of cotton blending and assorting on dust collecting system in opening and picking was discussed. Relationship between cotton blending and assorting method and dust collecting system of opening and picking was introduced. According to effect and control of blending and assorting to dust collecting system in opening and picking, dust collecting system setting in negative pressure and positive pressure condition were introduced. It is considered that principle of dealing ability and impurity content is adopted in cotton blending and assorting process, relationship between dust & impurity & short fiber content and dust collecting efficiency & ability is positive correlation finally products quality could be improved.
