单臂外固定架治疗儿童股骨干骨折

摘　　要：目的观察单臂外固定架治疗儿童股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法 23例儿童股骨干骨折在C臂X线机监视下行闭合或开放复位后,采用单臂外固定架固定,骨折愈合后拆除外固定架。结果随访时间6～18个月(平均12个月),全部病例达到临床愈合。下肢功能优良率95.7%。浅表钉道感染5例(占22%)。结论应用外固定器治疗儿童股骨干骨折,创伤小,并发症少,操作简单,固定可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect in treatment of femoral shaft fracture of children with unilateral external fixator. Methods Totally 23cases femoral shaft fracture of children were treated with open or closed reduction and unilateral external fixator under monitoring. After bony union was found, the external fixator was removed. Results The follow - up time ranged from 6 to 18 months （averaged 12months）. All 23 fractures united. The total excellent and good rate of lower ex- tremity function is 95.7%. There were 12 pin track of 5 patients developed superficial infection. Con- clusion Unilateral external fixation is a good method for the femoral shaft fracture of children. It has advantages of less wound, less complications, convenient operation and reliable fixation.
