摘　　要：目的探讨峰值跟踪法进行肝脏CT增强扫描的应用价值。方法 60例肝脏多期增强的病例,用峰值跟踪法进行扫描:在平扫图像中选取腹主动脉在肝脏顶部的横断图像,用圆圈对其进行标记,在注射对比剂10秒钟后,每隔2秒进行扫描一次,当腹主动脉CT值超过150Hu时,立即按下扫描键,嘱患者屏气进行全肝脏扫描。记录从对比剂开始注射到扫描开始时的时间并列表统计。结果 60例进行肝脏多期CT值峰值跟踪扫描的患者,动脉期显示满意度达到100%,对扫描出的图像进行腹主动脉CT值测量,其平均值为280Hu。统计开始全肝脏扫描的时间不同人群有明显差别。结论该方法能保证图像质量。Objective To explore the application value of peak value track for the liver CT enhancement scanning.Methods Sixty liver multi-times strengthen cases,carries on the scanning with the peak value track,in sweep image to choose abdomen aorta,carries on the mark with the cir-cle to it,after injection contrast agent 10 seconds,each 2 seconds carry on scan one time,when the abdomen aorta CT value surpasses 150Hu,presses down immediately scan key,order the patient to hold breath carries on the entire liver scanning.The recording starts from the contrast agent to start time of to the scanning and tabulates the statistics.Results 60 cases carry on the liver multi-time CT value peak value track scanning patient,the artery time demonstrated the degree of satisfaction a-chieves 100%,to the image which scans carries on the abdomen aorta CT value survey,its mean value is 280Hu.The statistics start time in different crowd the entire liver scans have the obvious difference.Conclusion Carries on the liver artery time CT enhancement scanning with the peak value track method to be more precise than the artificial estimate delay time method,the scanning effect is good
