摘　　要：目的探讨奥沙利铂在临床上的不良反应。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2010年6月应用奥沙利铂治疗的48例患者的临床资料。结果 48例患者分别出现不同的不良反应,主要有神经系统毒性、造血系统毒性、消化系统毒性、过敏反应、药物热和骨髓抑制等。结论对以奥沙利铂为化疗药物的治疗中密切检测其各种不同的不良反应并做出处理,对恶性肿瘤患者的化疗具有重要意义。Objective To explore the Oxaliplatin clinical adverse reactions.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2008 to June 2010 the application of oxaliplatin in the treatment of patients with clinical data of 48 cases Results 48 patients were different toxicity occurred,there are nervous system toxicity,toxicity of the hematopoietic system,digestive system toxici-ty,allergic reactions,drug fever and bone marrow suppression.Conclusion The chemotherapy drugoxaliplatin for the treatment and close detect the toxicity of different side effects and make the treatment of chemotherapy for cancer patients is important.
