摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的病例选择和治疗效果。方法对24例经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤病例进行回顾性分析。结果术后随诊1~3年,24例中,复发2例,复发率8.3%。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤,效果满意,但应选择病例,对KrouseⅠ~Ⅱ级病例适合采用鼻内镜手术。Objective To study the cases selection and the curative effect of the sinonasal inverted papilloma.Methods Totally 24 patients suffered from sinonasal inverted papilloma and treated by endoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results 2 of 24 cases had recurred within the period of follow-up between one year to three years.The recurrent rate was 8.3%.Conclusion The results of treating Krouse Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage sinonasal inverted papilloma were satisfactory.
