摘　　要：开发宗教文化旅游资源是昌都发展旅游业不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而,由于受到各种因素的制约,开发资源、发展旅游并非易事,尚且存在多重困境,需要我们联系实际、思考出路。开发对策是:政策支持;加强沟通协调;加快培养旅游人才,确定开发定位;合理设计开发路线。Developing the religious cultural tourist resources is indispensable important constituent to Changdou tourist trade.However,restricted by all kinds of factors,developing tour is not the easy matter.In addition,there exist the multiple difficult positions so that we must contact reality and ponder countermeasure.The countermeasures should be supperting by polioy,improving coordination,training tourism talented people,determining the location of development and rational designing the development routin.
