护理干预影响异常脐血流的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预与胎儿异常脐血流的关系。方法将2009年1～10月在我院门诊、住院检测胎儿脐动脉血流S/D异常值40例作为干预组,取检测脐动脉血流最低值体位为主要卧位,以次低值为辅助卧位,两者交替进行;取2005年9月～2008年12月检测脐动脉血流S/D异常值46例为对照组,未特意嘱咐睡眠体位,比较两组在异常S/D值降至正常值、足月产及阴道分娩的差异。结果干预组经指导正确睡眠体位后降至孕周正常值范围15人,阴道分娩20人;对照组降至正常值8人,阴道分娩13人,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);干预组足月产35人,对照组足月产29人,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论通过正确的睡眠体位,可使S/D异常值降至孕周正常值范围,延长孕周、提高足月产,降低剖宫产。Objective To study the relationship between abnormal fetal umbilical blood flow and nursing intervention.Method 40in-patients out-patients with outliers of umbilical artery blood flow S/D was randomly selected between January and October of 2009in our hospital as the intervention group.Take the supine posture with detected minimum value of umbilical arterial blood flow as the main position and sequential low value as the auxiliary supine.Both kinds of posture are operated alternately.46pregnant women was randomly selected from November 2005to December 2008with outliers of umbilical artery S/D as control group without specifically instructed sleep posture.Outliers of S/D value to normal value,full-term delivery and vaginal delivery differences in both groups are compared.Result After direction of proper sleep posture the intervention group shows that 15cases fall within the normal range of gestation period and 20cases emerge as vaginal delivery.In the control group,eight cases drop to the normal line and 13cases emerge as vaginal delivery,the difference was significant difference between the two group.（P〈0.05）.The full-term delivery was 35cases in the intervention group,and 29cases in the control group,the difference was highly significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The proper sleep position can decrease S/D outliers to normal range within gestational period,extend gestational period and increase full-term birth rate and lower cesarean section rate.
