PEG浸种对麻疯树种子萌发状况及脂类成分的影响

摘  要:以低场核磁共振无损检测麻疯树种子的含油率,发现高含油率(40%~45%)种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均高于低含油率(30%~35%)种子;PEG浸种处理降低了种子的吸胀速率、发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数;干旱胁迫对低油种子的影响大于高油种子,说明麻疯树种子的脂类成分对种子的萌发表现及抗旱性有重要作用.麻疯树种子脂类成分。H—NMR图谱的主成分分析PCA分析结果显示,PEG浸种处理提高了种子中不饱和脂肪酸的含量,降低了饱和脂肪酸的含量;不同含油率种子中脂类成分在PEG浸种处理后出现差异.Jatropha curcas L. seeds were scanned for their oil content by low field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). It is shown that high oil (40%-45%) seeds exhibited higher germination rate (GR), germination energy (GE), and germination index (GI) than low oil (30%-35%) ones. PEG treatment lowered the imbibition rate, GR, GE, and GI of seeds, and the effect was more significant on low oil seeds. It is thus suggested that the lipid content has great contribution to seed germination and draught resistance. PCA of 1 H- NMR data showed that PEG-treated seeds contain more unsaturated and less saturated fatty acids and than control. Seeds with different lipid level showed distinction in their lipid composition only after PEG treatment.
