摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对应用颈前路带锁钢板固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病患者的作用及影响。方法门诊医生及护士筛选出脊髓型颈椎病患者，给予宣教，指导患者适时手术。对遵医住院的42例患者给予术前、术后护理干预及康复指导；出院后随访患者神经功能恢复情况。结果随访6个月患者神经功能恢复率达68．8％。结论适时适当的护理干预可促进脊髓型颈椎病患者术后功能的恢复。Objective To discuss the effect and influence of nursing intervention on patients with cervical myelopathy treated by anterior cervical locking plate fixation. Methods Outpatient doctors and nurses screened out patients with cervical myelopathy, giving them propagands and education, instructing them to accept selective surgery. 42 hospitalized patients who obeyed medical orders were given preopera- tive and postoperative nursing intervention and rehabilitative instruction. The functional recovery of patients were evaluated by follow-up after discharge. Results The function restoration ratio reached 68.8% after 6-month-follow-up. Conclusions Appropriate and timely nursing intervention may promote function restoration of patients with cervical myelopathy.
