摘 要:目的探讨护理干预对儿童Tourette综合征(TS)疗效的影响。方法将38例TS患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用常规药物治疗与针对性护理干预,对照组采用常规药物治疗。使用耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(YGTSS)及Rutter儿童行为问卷(父母问卷)评估干预效果。结果 (1)观察组与对照组干预后较干预前患儿运动抽动评分、发声抽动评分和总体损害程度评分均有显著下降(P<0.05),并且干预后观察组的评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组与对照组干预后较干预前患儿Rutter儿童行为问卷总分、A分和N分评分均有显著下降(P<0.05),并且干预后观察组的评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对Tourette综合征患儿,在药物治疗的同时采用针对性的护理干预,有助于改善临床症状及行为问题,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursig intervention on children with Tourette syndrome.Method38 patients with Tourette syndrome were randomly invidided into study group and control group.The routine drug treatment combined with corresponding nursig intervention was used in study group.The routine drug treatment was used in control group.The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and Rutter Child Behavior Checklist by parent were adopted to evaluate the effect of nursig intervention.Result(1)The scores of motor tics,vocal tics,and global severity in YGTSS after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention both in control group and in study group(P0.05),and the scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention(P0.05).(2)The total scores,A and N scores of the Rutter Child Behavior Checklist after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention both in control group and in study group(P0.05),and the scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention(P0.05).Conclusion The children with tourette syndrome are provided with corresponding nursig intervention combined with medicine,which is helpful to improve clinical symptom and behavior problems,and elevate quality of life.
