摘　　要：实施新型农村合作医疗制度是一项农民得实惠、卫生事业得发展、党的政策得民心的惠民工程,因此,需要在初期运行取得一定绩效的基础上,把握新型农村合作医疗未来发展的方向和趋势,围绕农民最关心的问题进一步完善和发展,让更多的农民享受到新农合制度带来的好处,扩大新农合制度的成效。The New Rural Co-operative Medical Care System is a strategy that brings benefits to farmers,improves healthcare condition and makes people firmly trust the government.In order to enlarge the effects of this new system and lead more farmers to enjoy the benefits,we should perfect the medical reimbursement service and improve the healthcare availability,which are the most important concerns of the farmers.Based on the formal practice and effect,we can expect the future direction of the New Rural Co-operative Medical Care System.
