摘  要:以壳聚糖、水杨酸为原料,采用微波辅助技术合成了壳聚糖水杨酸配体,在pH 5~6条件下,该配体与Ga^(3+)进行反应,制备了壳聚糖水杨酸衍生物稀土镓(Ⅲ)配合物。测试了壳聚糖水杨酸配体及壳聚糖水杨酸稀土镓(Ⅲ)配合物的溶解性,经红外光谱表征,所制备的配合物中参与配位的基团是羟基和羰基。并将该配合物应用于大蒜和绿豆的发芽生长调节实验,结果表明,壳聚糖水杨酸、壳聚糖水杨酸衍生物稀土镓(Ⅲ)配合物都对植物发芽具有调节促进作用,且配合物的调节效果更显著。Chitosan -salicylic acid -rare earth gallium ( Ⅲ) complex was prepared by following steps:chitosan reacted with salicylic acid under microwave irradiation to form chitosan - salicylid acid ligand, then the hgand reacted with Ga3+ to form the titled product at pH = 3. Solubility of chitosan - salicylic acid and chitosan- salicylic acid -gallium was determined. The product was characterized and the result showed that the coordinated groups in the ligand prepared were hydroxyl group and carbonyl group. The complex was used in the experiment on the growth regulating of garlics and mung beans. The experimental result showed that the complex had significant effects on growth adjustment of plant budding.
