摘　　要：技术创新是汽车产业持续发展的动力和源泉,同时也是汽车产业在竞争中占据优势的主要手段。知识产权保护是国家促进企业技术创新的重要政策工具,但对于二者之间的关系至今并没有得出一致的结论。对我国汽车产业知识产权保护与技术创新之间的关系进行研究,可以为我国政府制定促进汽车企业技术创新政策提供依据。文章分析了知识产权保护对技术创新影响的作用机制;利用中国汽车产业1992年—2008年的时间序列数据,采用协整检验方法,对知识产权保护和技术创新之间的关系进行了实证分析。结论表明,中国汽车产业知识产权保护对技术创新具有促进作用,同时发现汽车产业FDI对技术创新具有显著的促进作用,而研究人员投入尚未能发挥激励技术创新的作用。据此,文章建议:我国应该加大汽车产业知识产权保护力度;进一步引进FDI,同时大力发展自主技术创新;增加人力资本投入。Technical innovation is the driving force and source for the automobile industry to keep sustainable development,and it is also the primary means of automobile industry to gain competitive advantage.Intellectual property protection is an important policy tool of the government to promote technological innovation.however,the relationship between the two has not yet reached the same conclusion.The research about the relationship between intellectual property protection and technological innovation in China automobile industry which can provide a basis for the Government to formulate policies to promote auto companies＇ technological innovation.Firstly,This paper analyzed the mechanism of intellectual property rights protection＇s impact on technological innovation;then,utilized data of China automobile industry from 1992-2008,used co-integration testing method,did positive research on intellectual property rights protection＇s impact on technological innovation in china automobile industry.The result shows that intellectual property rights protection can promote technological innovation.the automotive industry＇s FDI also has a significant role in promoting technological innovation,but the investment in researchers has not play the role of Stimulatin technological innovation.Accordingly,this paper provides some policy advice,China should step up efforts in IPR protection in auto industry;strive to develop independent technological innovation and increase the investment in human capital.
