摘　　要：从量子力学的测量问题引发出来的"相对测量观",是成素梅教授等一批当代科学家和科学哲学家从观测事实上升到哲学高度提出来的一种"测量哲学"。它在主客体的关系问题上有着革命性的意义。本文分析相对测量观与经典的"绝对测量观"的区别,说明它与"观控相对论"的一致性。The ＂Relative Measurement Viewpoint＂ caused by the problems of Quantum Mechanics is a kind of ＂Measurement Philosophy＂,which is put forward by professor Cheng Su-mei and a group of contemporary scientists and science-philosophers through observation to facts then progressed to the degree of philosophy.It has a revolutionary significance both in subjectively and in objectively.This thesis analyzed the difference between the ＂Relative Measurement Viewpoint＂ and the classical ＂Absolute Measurement Viewpoint＂,indicating that it is consistent with ＂The Theory of Observocontrol Relativity＂.
