内江市土地利用动态变化及其驱动力分析

摘　　要：依据内江市2002年和2006年土地利用变更数据,对土地面积变化幅度、单一土地利用动态度和综合土地利用动态度指标进行计算,分析了内江市土地利用类型总体的变化情况以及各县(市、区)之间的土地利用变化差异。运用统计分析软件SPSS10.0对内江市2002—2006年的社会经济系统统计数据进行计算,定量分析并结合主成分分析方法将社会经济发展、人口增长、城镇化以及全社会固定资产投资完成额的增加确定为引起内江市土地利用变化的主要驱动因子。通过这些驱动力因素对内江市土地利用的变化进行论述分析,从中发现驱动力与土地利用变化之间的关系以及存在的问题,结合内江市的实际土地利用变化情况,提出合理利用土地资源的对策和建议,从而实现内江市社会、经济和环境之间的和谐、稳定、可持续发展。This paper briefly introduces the basic profiles in Neijiang,the source of research data and methods.According to the changing data of Neijiang land-use in 2002 and 2006,and the change rate of the area,and the land use dynamics of a single,and integrated land-use trends,and other indicators of the calculation results on the combination of Neijiang land-use types,we discuss the overall changes of counties/cities/districts between the different land-use change.Using the statistical analysis software SPSS 10.0 in the Neijiang＇s 2002-2006 socia-economic system of statistical data and quantitative analysis from Neijiang land-use change driving factor and,in conjunction with principal component analysis to identify the drivers of change in land use factor,and based on an analysis of that impact of land-use change in Neijiang of the main factors： socia-economic development,population growth,urbanization and social investment in fixed assets for the completion of the increase.Meanwhile,to combine these driving force factors in Neijiang land-use change to discourse analysis,from which to find the driving force of land-use change and the relationship between the existing problems with the actual Neijiang land-use change,and measures and suggestions to make rational use of land resources and to realize Neijiang harmony develop ment,stability and sustainability in social,economic and environmental.
