摘 要:通过实验研究了元素Ag对Sn-9Zn共晶钎料微观组织、熔点、显微硬度及抗腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,添加Ag元素后,能使Sn-9Zn合金组织和性能得到明显改善,其中Ag和Zn形成AgZn3化合物,可以抑制粗大针状Zn相组织的生长,并呈放射状,对合金基体起到很好的弥散强化作用;熔点提高2℃;润湿性提高20%;显微硬度提高10.02%;腐蚀电位明显提高,抗腐蚀性能得到改善,接近于传统Sn-37Pb钎料。Effect of Ag on microstructure, melting point, microhardness and corrosion resistance of Sn-9Zn solder was researched by adding elements Ag to the solder through experiment. The results show that by adding element Ag to the Sn-9Zn alloy solder, its microstructure and mechanical properties are remarkably improved. Ag and Zn can form the AgZn3 compound, the form action of the large needle-like Zn phase is refined and radiating outward at the same time. Furthermore it has a good performance in the dispersion strengthened of alloy matrix. The melted point is increased 2 ℃. The wettability is raised 20%. The average microhardness can be enhanced 10.02%. The corrosion potential is noticeably raised and close to Sn-37Pb. The corrosion-resistance is obviously reinforced.
