摘 要:针对SWRH82B线材拉拔过程中断丝严重,斜茬状断口出现频率较高的问题,通过金相观察、组织分析,找出线材拉拔产生斜茬状断口原因:线材中心碳偏析严重,导致C曲线右移,临界冷却速度下降,产生马氏体;线材中心存在含有灰色杂质的空洞;线材索氏体含量不均匀造成线材在多道次拉拔过程中,由于组织受力不均而引起断裂。改进措施:连铸过程加强钢的化学成分、钢水温度(过热度)和二次冷却等工艺的控制,采用结晶器电磁搅拌与末端电磁搅拌结合,控制中包温度在固相线上20~25℃等。工艺调整后,产品质量稳步提高。Aiming at the problems of serious fracture and high frequency inclined fracture of SWRH82B wire rod in wire drawing, the causes of wire rod drawing fracture are founded through microstrueture observation and structure analysis. Wire rod center segregation is serious, which causes C curve to shift right. Critical cooling rate decreases and martensite occurs. The cavity with grey inclusion occurs in wire rod center. Wire rod sorbite content part is uneven, which causes wire rod fracture in multi-pass drawing for structure is loaded uneven distribution. Improvement measures are: process control such as steel chemical composition, molten steel temperature (superheat) and second cooling is strengthened in continuous casting, combining crystallizer electromagnetic stirring with terminal electromagnetic stirring is adopted and tundish temperature is over solid phase line 20 ℃ to 25 ℃ etc. The product quality rises steadily after process is adjusted.
